Terms of Service

You can sign up as an individual or on behalf of a film production company. If you sign up on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else accessing your account with credentials you shared or failed to protect.

FilmGlimmora is a cloud-based production-management platform covering script breakdown, budgeting, scheduling, casting, VFX, distribution, and related workflows. We commit to:

• Provide the features described in your plan, available 24/7 with a target uptime of 99.5% (excluding planned maintenance which we will announce in advance).
• Keep your project data securely backed up.
• Respond to support requests within one business day during POC and early-access phases; service-level commitments applicable to enterprise plans are described in the individual order form.

You own everything you upload — scripts, budgets, schedules, actor data, vendor lists, generated visuals, the lot. We do not claim any ownership of your content. We need a limited licence to host, display, back up, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload (scripts, photos, designs, etc.) — Glimmora is not liable for IP infringement caused by content you put into the platform.

The platform uses AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for script analysis, scene visualization, budget suggestions, and chat assistance. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the outputs are useful but we do not guarantee accuracy. Treat AI suggestions as a starting point — always verify with your human team before acting on them.

Image generation is subject to OpenAI's content policy. Do not attempt to generate content that violates that policy or local law.

Image generation is capped per organization per UTC day per your plan. The cap exists to protect both your bill and ours.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and exclude GST. By subscribing you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on each renewal.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not refund unused time except where required by law.

If a payment fails we will notify you. After 14 days of non-payment the subscription is suspended; after 60 days it is cancelled and the data deletion schedule in the Privacy Policy applies.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service.
• Attempt to access another organization's data.
• Use the AI features to generate content that infringes copyright, defames a person, or violates the policies of the underlying AI providers.
• Resell access to the service without a written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice when reasonable and immediately when not.

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Glimmora's total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or production delays.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@glimmora.ai. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or remain dormant for more than 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, India. If you contracted via a Glimmora regional entity (GCC, EU), the laws and courts named in that order form apply instead.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the product and via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updates.
